번역하려는 용어는 〖법령 영문번역기준〗에 따라 번역한다.
단, 번역하려는 용어가 이 기준에 없는 경우, 또는 이 기준에 따라 번역하면 오히려
이해하기 어렵거나 부자연스러워지는 경우
그 밖에 이에 준하는 합리적인 사유가 있는 경우는 이 기준과 다른 용어나 표현을 사용할 수 있다.
